Currently, we are looking for a competent
Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Creating invoices and doing follow up for the payments.
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to use organizational skills to plan tasks effectively and use forward thinking to predict future changes and adapt accordingly.
  • Strong comprehension of various transportation methods and modes.
  • Ability to exude confidence and gain credibility with clients, drivers, and carriers.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to complete work independently and remotely.
  • 1 2 years of proven work experience in operations or dispatch is required.
  • Ability to commute to work location.
