The SEO Analyst is comfortable contributing to several projects simultaneously. They can perform research, analyze data and present it concisely and in a way that tells a story. They can master online tools and find new ways to optimize both on- and off-site performance. They are comfortable communicating with stakeholders and managing long-term projects.

Key responsibilities

Develop and coordinate the execution of projects that will improve the SEO and UX of our websites

Coordinate collaborative intra- and inter-departmental initiatives

Organize and manage the progress of long-term SEO projects

Manage the relationship with third-party vendors; become an expert using proprietary tools

Collect and analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and third-party applications to inform strategic direction

Work with developers to optimize SEO-relevant technical indicators

Assist with research and data-collection; help prepare reports for various company stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve organic performance and on-page user experience

Required skills and experience

· Knowledgeable of SEO concepts; 2+ years' experience working in an SEO-focused role

· Professional experience managing long-term projects

· Advanced organization skills; the ability to manage several ongoing projects simultaneously

· Excellent written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Analytical data-oriented mindset

Additional qualifications

· The ability to effectively communicate with different teams and levels of the organization

· An innovative and creative skill set that will allow you to identify and pursue novel opportunities

· Comfortable both leading projects and collaborating with team members

· Capable of reporting progress, successes and roadblocks to team members

We have a Hybrid Work Model. At this time, we are in the office every Tuesday and Thursday. You are welcome to WFH the remainder of the days.
