Your Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Content SEO Analyst with a keen interest in iGaming and online casinos within the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will possess native-level English proficiency or demonstrate exceptional written and spoken English skills. A successful track record in competitor analysis, crafting detailed content briefs utilizing SurferSEO, and optimizing content for improved search engine visibility is essential. As a Content SEO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and enhancing our online presence in the competitive iGaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to uncover gaps, opportunities, and trends in the iGaming and online casino markets, contributing to our content strategy and optimization initiatives.
- Utilize SurferSEO to develop detailed and thorough content briefs that guide our writers in producing high-quality, SEO-focused articles.
- Leverage your 1-2 years of experience in creating content briefs to ensure each brief includes targeted keywords, outlines content structure, suggests headers, and provides on-page optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with writers and editors to ensure that content adheres to SEO best practices and meets high editorial standards.
- Apply your foundational knowledge of SEO to enhance existing pages, boosting their search rankings and overall performance.
- Analyze the rankings and search performance of current pages, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the iGaming and online casino sectors in Canada, translating this knowledge into content that resonates with our audience.
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in the fast-paced and competitive iGaming industry.
- Contribute valuable insights during brainstorming sessions, content ideation, and overall SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker or 100% proficient in written and spoken English.
- 1-2 years of experience in developing detailed content briefs, preferably using SurferSEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
- Demonstrated experience as a writer and/or editor, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging and well-optimized content.
- Familiarity with iGaming and a deep understanding of online casinos in the Canadian market, particularly in the context of content creation and optimization.
- Ability to analyze search performance and rankings of existing pages, implementing strategies to enhance their visibility.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering top-quality SEO-optimized content in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
