Aquent is seeking a Product Content Manager to join their team. This role is a key part of their Enterprise Content Management and Creative Group, responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of product content creation across channels, brands, and companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product content creation across digital business properties, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
- Work in partnership with content specialists, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver high-quality content.
- Develop and implement a consistent and efficient process for product onboarding, content moderation, and optimization.
- Liaise between Product Content Specialists and Category Business Analysts to ensure timely delivery of new products online.
- Establish common SEO best practices for product copy as part of product onboarding.
- Enforce best practices and standards for product content by business and brand.
- Assist with content moderation and copywriting activities as requested.
- Work with the Associate Manager and Manager to establish an efficient/sustainable process model for content creation.
- Guide Specialists through change management to support them through workflow transformations.
- Identify opportunities and implement 'always-on' product content opportunities across all of their banners/brands.
- Post-secondary education in business/commerce, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- SEO experience is a must.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write, edit, and organize content for new product additions to the website optimizing for search and customer purchasing decisions.
- Stibo STEP and Hybris PCM) is an asset.
- Experience managing content standards.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Retail experience is an asset.
- Bilingual candidates are an asset (English and French).
Aquent is a leading provider of creative, digital, and marketing talent. This is a contract role that will last through the end of 2024, with potential to extend into 2025 and could become a full-time role down the road (temp-to-hire).
