What we're trying to say is that we're a large and growing professional services firm that still feels like a community.

We employ over 3000 people across Canada, and we truly care about our colleagues, our clients and the communities where we work and live.

Working on the People and Culture team, you'll be a true strategic advisor and engage with teams across the organization to positively impact our organization.

You'll be part of a collaborative, engaged team that actively shares leadership.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Culture and Internal Communications, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and assist in internal communications campaigns and/or integrated communications projects across the organization, as required
