Intelliware Development is a leading business and technology consulting firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're seeking a talented Business Consultant to join our Advisory Services practice and help drive business growth and transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business landscape and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct complex research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for clients.
- Relationship Building: Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business results.
- Strategy Development: Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills, with the ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively.
- Leadership: Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
