Receptionist - Capital Ford Lincoln


The Receptionist is the first face our customers see when they enter our dealership and the voice they hear when they call us.

This role plays an integral part in demonstrating the exceptional customer service we provide to our customers, right off the bat

The Job Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or place
  • Answer the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
  • Assist with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arrive
  • Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, faxes, packages, etc., as well as ensuring parcels requested to be sent by Purolator are sent correctly and in a timely manner
  • General administration duties as assigned
  • THIS IS A TEMPORARY FULL TIME ROLE

The Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a professional services environment automotive or dealership experience would be considered an asset
  • Highschool diploma
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
  • Wellgroomed, professional appearance
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clients
  • Detailoriented with a sense of pride in quality work
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
  • Superior verbal communication is essential
  • Valid driver license
