Established in 1995, Stevens & Black is an ICI contractor located in Markham, ON. We are looking for a self-motivated and professional team player to assist management in the operation of the company.

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Fridays: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Reception
- Office Supplies purchasing and maintenance of supply inventory
- Create & Maintain Monthly Apprentice Hours reports
- Arrange for security clearances of personnel
- Arrange for crew H&S training
- Maintain our crew training & credentials database
- Maintain company calendar (Estimate closings, site visits, vacations)
- Disseminate & file daily H&S reports
- Prepare weekly H&S report summaries to management
- Prepare minutes for JHSC & management meetings
- Disseminate & file vendor invoices and vet monthly vendor statements
- Create Service Work Order Files
- Assist Management in creating Contract Start-Up documentation
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
