Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the Front Desk Team, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service to guests
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checkins, checkouts, room assignments, and billing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Train and develop the front desk team to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Ensure that all front desk procedures and policies are followed
  • Prepare reports on front desk performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and Opera Cloud PMS
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Should be able to work Thursday
  • Monday with flexibility to work AM or PM shifts.
  • Willing to be trained for Night Audit shift.

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Penticton, BC V2A 2C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
