Position:

The Office Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of assigned office space.

Essential Functions:

  • Cleaning and maintaining assigned office space.
  • Cleaning restrooms and common areas.
  • Follow all health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Complete daily tasks on time and with high quality.
  • Communicate with customers and office staff to provide accurate information about the office location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up stairs, move large items (i.e., furniture, boxes, etc.), and stand for long periods of time.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Richmond, BC V7C 5V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
