General Duties:

  • General BO assistance to all departments, Case Management [CM]; Operations Management [OM]; and Business Development [BD].
  • Adhering to LISKEtrained standard operating procedures [SOPs] for all matters.
  • Scheduling examinations, telecoms, meetings between LISKE Team Experts and the customers. Tracking accordingly. Scheduling next steps on all files and tasks.
  • Receiving file material and indexing and tracking it for the LISKE Team Expert.
  • Responding to new file inquiries and opening files in the office.
  • Document review and editing (spelling, grammar, etc.).
  • Preparing mail as necessary.
  • Copying and scanning documents.
  • Supporting Business Development.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Task and detail orientated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organization skills.
  • Positive attitude/the ability to solve problems with common sense/critical thinking.
  • Demonstrated commitment to privacy and professionalism.
Salaried $50,000/year plus Benefits plus Annual Bonus.
