Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or office.
  • Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with scheduling employees for events
- work closely with the Office Administrator

Salary:
$15.50-$22.46 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Office: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
