Hyde's Distribution is an established distributor located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated person to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Process payments
- Invoicing
- Back up for receiving
- Accounts payable
- Approve customer orders
- Backup for A/R
- Data Entry and tracking
- Check and complete customer account set up
- Updating inventory and items on ecommerce sites
- Create reports for accounting and inventory
- Office support where needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently, independently and in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Naturally a very organized person with great time management skills
- Experience with payable and receivables
- Experience in purchasing and inventory
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High school diploma is required
- College or university accounting diploma is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
Hyde's Distribution provides:
- Hourly wage with review after 90 days, benefits, possible profit sharing after first year, rrsp match
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
