Hyde's Distribution is an established distributor located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated person to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments
  • Invoicing
  • Back up for receiving
  • Accounts payable
  • Approve customer orders
  • Backup for A/R
  • Data Entry and tracking
  • Check and complete customer account set up
  • Updating inventory and items on ecommerce sites
  • Create reports for accounting and inventory
  • Office support where needed

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work efficiently, independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Naturally a very organized person with great time management skills
  • Experience with payable and receivables
  • Experience in purchasing and inventory
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • High school diploma is required
  • College or university accounting diploma is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy

Hyde's Distribution provides:

  • Hourly wage with review after 90 days, benefits, possible profit sharing after first year, rrsp match

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
