We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

Duties:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Seat guests and manage reservations
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
  • Handle guest concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for seating assignments
    Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food service and restaurant operations
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong customer service and guest services skills
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and reservation management
  • Ability to work well in a team setting This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your customer service skills and be part of a dedicated team.
