About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Flavors & Spices Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and controlling costs.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
