Are you passionate about building a brand while driving business results? The Indochino Marketing team is looking for an all-star Marketing Manager.

In this role, you would lead efforts in our Retention campaigns, managing the Email and SMS channels as well as managing our Social and Content teams in growing and evolving our brand.

You would use strategy and insights to shape campaigns and results/data to identify successes and opportunities.

You will build strong partnerships with the Business and cross-functional team members, earning trust as you develop campaigns that deliver immediate business results and increase consideration amongst prospects while building the pipeline of customers engaged with the Indochino brand.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead marketing campaigns to support retention, acquisition and Brand development, including media planning and creative development

Manage the execution of the customer lifecycle plan to engage customers throughout their buying journey and improve key Lifetime Value metrics via online and offline channels.

The manager will work closely with the Email Marketing Specialist to:

Build, deploy, and optimize all email marketing campaigns and automated programs focusing on customer retention, including design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends
Conduct list segmentations based on criteria such as behaviour, value, past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)

Oversee and lead our Social and Content teams , enabling the development, production, and distribution of our Organic Social and Content Partnership campaigns.

Manage Social and Content development , ensuring that we uphold and promote our brand.

Follow a test-and-learn approach to content development and distribution strategies to increase the reach of our owned and earned media.

Own the brief and timeline for all assigned projects, with the ability to pivot where necessary or proactively manage partners to meet deadlines and avoid material impacts.

Manage, mentor, and grow the Social Media Specialist and Email Marketing Specialist, ensuring that they develop world-class content for their channel and execute with excellence.

Actively manage the marketing budget, ensuring forecasts are developed and updated on a timely basis (monthly and quarterly), and that information is managed within the prescribed process

Work collaboratively and closely with cross-functional teams such as the Performance marketing team, , growth team, retail, finance and external vendors to deliver plans effectively and efficiently.

Proactively mine for consumer insights and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies
Manage relationships with media vendors and marketing platform providers

Work with key platform partners, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities.

Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing team, and cross-functionally with our Business Intelligence, Retail Operations & Showroom teams as needed.

Accountable for retention analysis including reporting, performance against plan and objectives, advanced segmentation, lifecycle, channel key performance metrics, funnel analysis, and driving insight and action from analysis
Ability to project manage with ease

5-7 + years of marketing and advertising experience in multi-channel/integrated marketing, including video, digital, social, audio, Direct Mail, and out-of-home
Experience working with media and creative agencies, including development of campaign briefs, creative development, media plan development and execution
Demonstrated ability to develop strong, break-through creative that delivers results; A way with words, coupled with experience using direct response marketing principles to write compelling ad copy
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
