**DESCRIPTION DE L'ENTREPRISE**

Gentilhomme est un studio de divertissement multimédia qui crée des expériences immersives. Des installations permanentes dans les aéroports aux activations de marque et aux spectacles, notre équipe multidisciplinaire soudée travaille ensemble pour repousser les limites de la créativité. Basé à Montréal depuis 2014, Gentilhomme a eu l'honneur de collaborer avec des clients tels que l'aéroport international d'Orlando et l'aéroport international de Nashville, les artistes Charlotte Cardin et Tierra Whack en plus de BRP inc., un leader mondial dans le monde de véhicules récréatifs.

**DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**

Gentilhomme est à la recherche d'un ou d'une coordonnatrice de production ayant trois ans d'expérience en coordination dans un milieu multidisciplinaire et artistique (environnements multimédia, production audiovisuelle, post-production, etc.). Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion de travailler sur des projets créatifs passionnants avec une petite équipe dynamique et des clients internationaux, tout en développant vos connaissances dans différents domaines de la production. Cette personne travaillera conjointement avec l'équipe de production et de création et relèvera directement du directeur de production.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

**Coordination**
- Assurer la coordination et la clarté de communication entre le réalisateur, les artistes, les studios externes et le producteur du projet (organisation de rencontres, dailies, approbations, et prise de notes);
- Assurer la gestion du calendrier de production de l'équipe pour le projet donné;
- Participer à l'assignation des artistes à l'intérieur du projet, en collaboration avec le réalisateur/ directeur de création et les leads artistes;
- Gérer l'arborescence des dossiers et nomenclatures de fichiers et du respect de celles-ci par les artistes;
- Assurer la livraison des fichiers d'approbation et des fichiers finaux;
- Participer à l'amélioration des outils de coordination pour les équipes;
- Bâtir et développer des relations et assurer un suivi ponctuel avec des fournisseurs externes;
- Effectuer toutes autres responsabilités et/ou tâches reliées à ce poste.

**Logistique**
- Gestion des transports et hébergements de l'équipe;
- Gestion des permis, visas, B1, carnet ATA;
- Gestion des disques durs pour les projets;
- Archivage des projets terminés.

**Général**
- Gestion des calendriers de l'équipe;
- Gestion des calendriers de projets;
- Être le point de chute pour transfert des informations et suivis;
- Préparation, transfert, réception et archivage des NDA pour tous les sous-traitants et collaborateurs qui font affaire avec l'entreprise;
- Validation et suivi des contrats des sous-traitants;
- Gestion des backups des projets sur le drive de l'entreprise;
- Gestion des envois de documents ou autre et suivi;
- Gestion du démarrage des projets (google drive, serveurs, assignation de numéro de projets, chaine Slack); Ge

**EXIGENCES**
- Expérience de travail de 3 ans en coordination de production;
- Expérience de travail dans un milieu multidisciplinaire et artistique (environnements multimédias, production audiovisuelle, etc.);
- Notions de l'environnement Mac et Windows;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Expérience en post-production, un atout;
- Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités;
- Habileté à communiquer et à négocier, notions de diplomatie;
- Grande aptitude pour les relations interpersonnelles;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
