**Résumé de l'emploi**

Le coordonnateur de projet soutient les gestionnaires de projet/gestionnaires de programme dans l'exécution de diverses tâches liées au projet afin d'assurer la réussite de l'exécution des projets clients. Le coordonnateur de projet peut également prendre la tête de petits projets clients moins complexes.

**Responsabilités et compétences professionnelles**
- Coordonne les rapports planifiés (internes et externes)
- Aide à suivre l'état des livrables sur les grands projets
- Agit à titre de gestionnaire de projet sur certains projets lorsque cela est nécessaire et/ou lorsque le gestionnaire de projet est en déplacement ou autrement indisponible
- Gère la communication directe avec les clients à la demande du gestionnaire de projet
- Appuie les demandes de propositions de commentaires sur la gestion de projet
- Aide le gestionnaire de projet à effectuer la vérification finale, la vérification et le contrôle de la qualité au besoin.
- Crée et ajuste les échéanciers au fur et à mesure que le projet progresse
- Soutient / coordonne la préparation des forfaits de lancement et de présentation du projet
- Aide à la préparation des présentations d'examen réglementaire (p. ex. téléchargement de documents, remplissage de formulaires, communication avec l'équipe interne, etc.), au besoin
- Coordonne le rapprochement des factures à la pige et contractuelle, y compris l'équilibrage des relations publiques et des bon de commande
- Participe à la maintenance du site FTP et examine les publications
- Soutiens à la création de documentation pour les autorisations de projet
- Fournit un support OpenAir (par exemple, la création de projets, la saisie et le suivi des bon de commande, etc.)
- Fournit une assistance ASANA (saisie de tâche, suivi avec l'équipe de production, etc.)
- S'acquitte de ces tâches et d'autres qui lui sont assignées conformément aux normes et aux attentes de l'entreprise

**Qualifications mínimales**
- Baccalauréat en communications, commerce, sciences ou dans une discipline connexe ou une formation équivalente
- Compétences générales en informatique : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Hautement organisé, solides compétences en gestion du temps et soucieux du détail
- Très bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Apprenant rapide et créatif
- Joueur d'équipe fort et motivé
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer le stress
- Langues : anglais et français
- Expérience dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, de la santé et de la formation
- Connaissance de MS-Project
- Cours de MEDA ou de gestion de projet
- Voyages : Moins de 10 %
- Expérience souhaitée : Minimum de 1 an d'expérience pertinente
