We are currently seeking a Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

How We Will Help You:

Once You Are Here, You Will:

  • Overall lead responsible for change management activities, including communications and training.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplined team of clients, stakeholders, third party vendors to implement business transformation (automated business processes, service level agreements, service management processes).
  • Contributing to requirements and new service delivery design.
  • Communicating with business owner, executives/senior management on sensitive changes to business operations, staffing impacts.
  • Making use of effective technology and alternative delivery channels (web,video,print) to effect change.
  • Identify key changes and strategies for implementation based on new service design.
  • Conduct interviews, research and other engagement activities with clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop material to support approved plans and activities.
  • Execute the change management and communication activities, including key messaging and communications tactics.
  • Develops enduser training strategies, plans, and all related materials (e.g., training manuals, FAQs, quick reference guides).
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer to SMB and support for operational transition.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and coaching as it relates to business transformation and managing overall change.
  • 3 years' experience developing, organizing, and updating materials to support effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3+ years' experience delivering with change management principles, methodologies (i.e., PROSCI)
  • 2+ years participating in Software as a Service (Saas) solutionsbased projects.
  • 2+ years' experience on an ITSM/ITIL focused project
  • 2+ years' experience with Agile/iterative based projects
  • 2+ years' experience working in the BC Public Sector
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
