Your future duties and responsibilities:

Regularly connect with Leaders to review resource requirements and gain an understanding of specifics, timelines, and engagement economics
Collaborate with the cross-Canada WFM team to enhance Member opportunities, facilitate the sharing of resources and optimize Business Unit metrics including utilization, revenue, and Member satisfaction
Support the development and growth of Member careers and exceptional employee experiences, including global deployment and Member transfers
Deliver insights on the causes of resource gaps and provide recommendations that optimize results
Monitor available resources, act as a point of contact for available Members, and proactively identify suitable opportunities with Business Unit Leaders
Facilitate weekly WFM calls with Leadership teams, Talent Acquisition, HR, and other relevant participants
Create and deliver compelling Business Unit workshops for WFM/RM topics at all levels
Create and deliver WFM reporting/data visualization, focusing on near-term action plans focused on solutions
Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned
Understand business strategies that inform local offices, account teams, and Member growth

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 7+ years in Workforce Management / Resource Management within a Professional Services (Technology) environment
WFM/RM experience demonstrating clear success outcomes
Experience in organizational reporting data (e.g., billable headcount, workforce metrics, etc.)
A passion for technology, a strong desire to innovate, and objectivity
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
Exceptional financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Curiosity, initiative, flexibility, and professional maturity
Strong communication and presentation skills
English - business level proficiency; verbal and written

Education:

SWP or an equivalent certification

Additional:
Periodic travel to CGI offices and client sites to meet with Leaders and Members will be required.
