Full Job Description
- Telephone & Reception duties
- Invoicing / progress draws
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparing cheques for Accounts/Payable
- Posting monthly utilities bills
- Petty Cash Fund
- Balancing & posting monthly visas
- Preparing Bank Deposits
- Tracking in Excel Monthly Pension Contributions
- Bid Forms / Tender Qualification Documents
- Preparing Statutory Declarations / Form 1000 / Notice of Project Forms
- Bank Reconciliations
Government Remittances
- EHT, WISB, Payroll Taxes, Corporate Taxes,
- Year End Accounting Procedures
- Matching Incoming Purchase Orders with the Jobs
- Filling out Credit Applications for new suppliers
- Ordering office supplies
$20.00-$28.00 per hour
