Devoted CG is a new platform in Early Access that will transform how companies find freelance talent for game asset creation.

As the Technical Director at Devoted CG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technological strategy that drives our platform's growth and success.
Your expertise in game development, technical leadership, and innovation will be instrumental in enhancing our platform's capabilities, scalability, and user experience.
Leadership and Team Management:
Proven leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing development teams. This includes recruiting, mentoring, and managing developers, as well as fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Technical expertise in a variety of areas, such as software development, cloud computing, microservices, and data science: Extensive experience with Symfony, 3, and , including a deep understanding of their core concepts, best practices, and ecosystem.

Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and advising senior management on their potential impact on the business.
Developing and managing the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency.Risk Management:
Spotting and dealing with tech-related risks that might affect our work, reputation, or finances.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
