Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and propose solutions to meet project requirements.
Team Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct testing and validation to verify software functionality and performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.
- Has worked in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.) is a plus.
