**RÔLE**

Travaillant sous la supervision la conseiller.ère et la , service-conseil assure la liaison entre le client et l'agence pour tous les projets qui lui sont assignés. sait parfaitement jongler avec les priorités, établir des relations durables avec ses collaborateurs (stratégie, création, production) et faire le suivi de différents projets. Ce rôle sera plus particulièrement dévolu à une grande entreprise de télécommunications.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Assister conseiller.ère et de compte en ce qui a trait aux tâches administratives et suivis de projets
- Faire le suivi de la production imprimée, électronique et interactive
- Faire le suivi des budgets et des échéanciers
- Faire le suivi de la production imprimée et électronique avec l'interne et les clients
- Produire le statut hebdomadaire, les rapports de réunion et les demandes de ressources

**REQUIS**
- Baccalauréat dans une discipline connexe (communication, marketing, digital)
- Expérience en agence ou en gestion de relation client
- Connaissance du marché local
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (Collaborateurs et clients à l'échelle internationale).

**WHO WE ARE**

**ROLE**

Reporting to the account executive and account director, the account services coordinator liaises between the client and the agency for all assigned projects. They are able to handle multiple priorities, build strong relationships with their collaborators (strategy, creation, production), and follow up on various projects. This role specifically will be working on a large telecom company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Account Executive and Account Director with administrative tasks.
- Follow-up on print and electronic production.
- Follow-up on budgets and schedules.
- Produce weekly status reports, meeting follow-up reports, etc.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Manage small projects, under the supervision of the account executive or director.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in agency or managing client relationship.
- Knowledge of local market.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast past, quick-changing environment.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and clients).
