Description Have you ever thought about taking your sales experience and travelling the US and Canada? (up to 70% travel). We have the opportunity for you to do that, selling the SRP Products Urethane Product Line. We are looking for a minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in windshield repair. We will pay for your experience, this opportunity has a salary range of $65K to $85K based on experience. For this opportunity, you can live anywhere in the Midwest.

Key Account Manager will be responsible for Maintaining managing and coordinating the distribution of products from the manufacturer to various sales channels or end customers. Oversees the logistical aspects of the distribution process to ensure products accessibility. Conversion of Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle of the SRP Urethane line. These responsibilities include customer support, prospecting, technical assistance, account management, sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. In summary, a product distribution specialist plays a vital role in coordinating and optimizing the distribution process to ensure seamless product flow, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Duties

  • Manage relationships with distribution partners, Novus, Speedy and SRP end-users
  • Analyze distribution data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to product distribution, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to enhance distribution strategies.
  • Ensure, at all times, to offer an excellent service to our distributor partner
  • Actively seek all viable business development opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and document existing and potential target markets for the sale of our products through research, analysis and information networks
  • Define and provide key sales indicators and continuously monitor results.
  • Update and advance sales activities in order to achieve the objectives of the business plan
  • Compose, present, and negotiate sales offers of products.
  • Supervise orders, prices, shipping and receipt of all SRP Urethane products to customers.
  • Perform weekly sales reports.
  • Maintain product inventory levels across all distributors across the region covered.
  • Other related tasks, as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of (15) years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in windshield repair.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment in constant and dynamic movement.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a tight schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and passport

Work Conditions

  • Ability to travel (approximately, 70% of the time US and Canada)
