Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all officerelated inquiries and requests
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Perform basic accounting functions including A/R collections and bank deposits
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Ensure the office is organized and tidy at all times
  • Organize staff events, lunches and holiday parties

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
