Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries regarding Benefits, HR systems, policies, and programs in Canada and the US
  • Offer training, guidance, and escalate issues to HR and Managers when necessary
  • Handle data entry and maintain employees' records using Workday, including complex employee data changes
  • Respond tactfully to employee inquiries utilizing the HR ticket tracking tool while maintaining confidentiality
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation sessions in both Canada and the US
  • Manage employee files and provide ad-hoc HR reports and training
  • Oversee onboarding and termination processes
  • Collaborate with other HR groups on projects related to Benefits, Talent and Learning, Compensation, HRIS, and more
  • Conduct data analysis and audits to enhance work efficiencies
  • Generate recommendations to streamline HR processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
