Career Opportunity - Bilingual Warranty Administrator 6 month contract
- CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a fullline of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. Warranty Department Manager
The Opportunity:
- Experienced Post Sales Customer Experience Rep that is highly customeroriented
- Responsible to retrieve and convert recorded customer voice messages to technical support cases.
- Outbound/inbound calling (20 to 30 calls per day)
- Assist with or process product registrations
- Assist manager with warranty report auditing
Skills & Behaviours:
- 2+ years of strong preferred administrative/customer service experience with warranty administration, first tier administrative technical help desk, ideally in the HVAC industry.
- College Diploma with studies in business, computers or administration.
- Computer literate, specifically Word and Excel (Service Bench experience would be a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer focus with experience handling calls in a call center environment.
- Top notch communication skills to respond effectively to internal and external customer inquiries, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork and follow up.
