Career Opportunity - Bilingual Warranty Administrator 6 month contract

The Opportunity:

  • Experienced Post Sales Customer Experience Rep that is highly customeroriented
  • Responsible to retrieve and convert recorded customer voice messages to technical support cases.
  • Outbound/inbound calling (20 to 30 calls per day)
  • Assist with or process product registrations
  • Assist manager with warranty report auditing
Ensure all warranty claims are properly entered, reviewing claim criteria needed by the factory/distributor is complete/correct

Skills & Behaviours:

  • 2+ years of strong preferred administrative/customer service experience with warranty administration, first tier administrative technical help desk, ideally in the HVAC industry.
  • College Diploma with studies in business, computers or administration.
  • Computer literate, specifically Word and Excel (Service Bench experience would be a bonus).
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer focus with experience handling calls in a call center environment.
  • Top notch communication skills to respond effectively to internal and external customer inquiries, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork and follow up.
