Please note this role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the downtown Vancouver office 1-2 times per week.

What you will do:

- _ Exceed expectations._ You will focus on understanding the needs and business challenges of prospects and create interest and engagement to close sales successfully. You will support customers' business goals by proposing and delivering value-added solutions and services.
- _ Own and grow your territory._ You will follow warm and cold leads, seeking diverse opportunities to create connections and engage prospects. You will break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members.

What you bring to the table:

  • _ The experience. _You have proven success in a sales environment that may include retail, hospitality, or telecom. A natural problem-solver, you shine when it comes to building relationships and understanding what a customer needs. Your goal is to exceed expectations at every opportunity. ,
- _ Interpersonal skills._ You have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You can gain trust quickly and influence decision-makers. You thrive in a team environment, working with internal and external teams to drive business and satisfy our customers.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is as follows:

Base:
$50,000

Target Incentive:
$14,000

Plan Achievement Bonus:
$6,000
