A quick snapshot
The Engagement Manager will oversee multiple customer implementations of Congas' Commercial Operations Suite of products, including Contract Lifecycle Management, Revenue operations and additional related solutions.
In this role, you will be customer-facing while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Delivery, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support and more.
We are a group of people who are driven to solve interesting and challenging problems at scale, in a certain time frame, to ensure the continued success of Conga.
Why it's a big deal
This is a mission critical role for Conga dedicated to ensuring the success of our early adopter customers, who are choosing to upgrade to Conga's Platform, which will eventually lead to a proven program for all of Conga's customers to move through.
You will direct the activities of the Conga project team and manage the project execution over different phases of the project, ensuring the timely completion of it.
You will publish internal and customer-facing status reports, managing all project escalations and actively seeking to optimize our project turnaround times as we better this process together.
The next generation Revenue Lifecycle Platform provides our customers the control to offer increased organizational productivity, accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiencies that remains critical to business success.
This role is critical for us to help see the success of the Early Adopter Program, in order to successfully bring in the next generation of Customers onto our Conga Revenue Cloud Platform.
Are you the person we're looking for?
Project Management Skills - responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of multiple projects at the same time. Play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified scope and quality requirements, while also ensuring that Conga is able to build out a reproducible and scalable upgrade rollout plan from the Early Adopter Program. You have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodology. You're heavily skilled in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite through managing projects.
Champion the Customer. You understand that customers are one of business' most important assets and you take that seriously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You're not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
