The Highlights:

  • Office hours are Monday-Friday. Two days a week need to be 7:00am3:00pm and the other days are 8:00am4:00pm *there can be flexibility on which days follow this schedule
  • Applicant must be able to commute to our fully equipped office in Erin
- $22-23 per hour starting rate - wages to be discussed in interview based on experience, education, etc.

The Job:

  • Scheduling Quotes with customers for our Estimator and completing paperwork for each quote
  • Overseeing Marketing and Social Media Platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and posting multiple times during the week
  • General Office Administrative duties such as filing and paperwork, maintaining inventory supply, and some general office errands, etc.
  • Light cleaning duties in office space (weekly)
  • Overseeing employee safety training paperwork and inventory for First Aid Kits, etc.
  • Posting jobs and reviewing resumes on Indeed or other platforms
  • Overseeing employee start up typing job offers, creating hiring packages, etc.
  • Scheduling staff reviews, first aid certification renewals, etc.
  • Experience with Google Docs and G Suite Products is necessary
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are important
  • Ability to work independently and to also work as a team
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as things in small business are everchanging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Social Media Skills preferred

$22.00-$23.00 per hour
