- tier indoor and outdoor recreational and competitive soccer programs since 1972. We are committed to

**General Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

family and volunteer interaction, so it is vital that problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service

**Key Responsibilities**

Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

programs and services
Assist with registration processes for recreational and competitive soccer programs
Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
Maintain and update member records in our database
Process payments and handle financial transactions securely
Support the Operations and Competitive Coordinator with administrative tasks
Assist with event planning and coordination
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or

administration is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sports or recreational environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management
Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy
A positive attitude and a team player mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must have own vehicle for transportation and hold a valid Drivers License
