Part-Time Bookkeeper

A small boutique real estate brokerage is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper.
Overview:
Duties include accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly Government remittances, reconciliations, and Provide financial support to Broker, Realtors and Admin. The position is part-time with an average of 680 hours per year. Flexible remote and in-office work.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Lone Wolf Back Office realty management system – including reporting and fulfillment of Trade Events.
- Executive Administrative functions – including confidentiality, accuracy, filing systems both paper and electronic, and contract reviews.
- Better than average:
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping/Accounting– including; Journal Entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Understanding of Real Estate Financial Operations – including; importance of accuracy and timing.
- Knowledge of MS Excel – including; formatting and presentation.
- Experience with MS Word.
- High degree of organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
