Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our office operations and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Assist with account reconciliation and account analysis
  • Process payroll and manage employee timekeeping records
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Utilize software such as Xero, and Sage for bookkeeping tasks
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, or Sage
  • Knowledge of account reconciliation, payroll processing
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Bookkeping experience (12 years)
