GFL Billing Coordinator Position

GFL is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team at either the Fort Mc Murray or Acheson office. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Requires enthusiastic individual with a professional demeanor and keen attention to detail
  • Extensive travel to various sites and operational demands may include overtime

Job Duties:

  • Final review of invoices before client submission
  • Confirm accuracy of equipment, rates, and supplies used
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Upload invoices to payment portals
  • Prepare monthly invoices and billing summaries
  • Review purchase orders for billing accuracy
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of billing experience in the Oil industry
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in business administration or equivalent
  • Strong computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft office applications
  • Proficient in systems like Track, Open Invoice, and Field Glass
  • Transportation to the office

  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
