Overview:

  • Your role involves expanding within existing customer accounts by forging partnerships through the sale of custom software solutions and professional service contracts.
  • You will collaborate with the Sales Director within the Bluebeam Solution Line, working closely with Solution Line Account Managers and Regional Account Managers to foster success collectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets effectively
  • Analyze the Graitec North America Revit installed base and identify potential Bluebeam customers
  • Devise and execute strategies for engaging Bluebeam prospects
  • Utilize expertise in Bluebeam to educate and motivate account managers in generating opportunities within existing accounts
  • Liaise with the global Bluebeam Solution Line VP to navigate the sales process
  • Promote the Bluebeam Solution and its key benefits
  • Understand and address customer-specific needs
  • Deliver tailored Bluebeam solutions that offer optimal value to customers
  • Prepare comprehensive offers detailing Bluebeam benefits, problem-solving capabilities, ROI, etc.
  • Negotiate and close deals with Bluebeam prospects
  • Provide exceptional Bluebeam advice and support to customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and success, collaborating with technical specialists and customer success teams
  • Engage in Bluebeam marketing campaigns, offering customer testimonials for content
  • Contribute to product enhancement by relaying customer feedback
  • Participate in Bluebeam events and tradeshows
  • Engage actively within the Global Bluebeam Solution Community
  • Maintain data accuracy and quality for updated information
  • Generate regular Bluebeam reports and forecasts for the company
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer feedback and feature requests


Key Success Indicators:

  • Exceed defined Bluebeam margin targets consistently (monthly, quarterly & annually)
  • Strike a balance between acquiring new Bluebeam customers, expanding seats for existing customers, and securing renewals
  • Drive new business by closing deals with new Bluebeam logos in collaboration with Account Managers and Marketing teams
  • Foster existing Bluebeam customers to renew subscriptions and add more licenses
  • Enhance customer satisfaction levels (e.g., Net Promoter Score)
  • Create and deliver Bluebeam content, conduct webinars, share customer testimonials, and social posts
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for enhanced activity transparency


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in selling sophisticated software, SAAS, and service solutions to B2B clients, preferably in the CAD, AEC, MFG, or IT sectors
