to join our team. Reporting to the **General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, general office duties, and being the face and voice of our Dealership. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
  • Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents.
  • Maintain and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Maintain tidiness of common areas.
  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages.
  • Other duties as required.

Your Capabilities

  • Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two to three (23) years Reception experience preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
  • Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended.
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a highvolume, fastpaced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.) and able to quickly adapt to new technologies deployed by the department and across the company.
  • Phenomenal interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills and ability to explain legal concepts to nonlegal individuals.
  • Sound, practical business judgment, and a problemsolving, client focused, results oriented approach.
  • Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications.
  • Processoriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resultsdriven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
