**Responsabilités principales**
- Programmer les techniciens pour effectuer les travaux d'entretien
- Réserver l'équipement nécessaire aux techniciens et organiser le transport de l'équipement
- Coordonner les travaux de maintenance entre les techniciens et le client
- S'assurer que les techniciens disposent de toutes les formations et autorisations de sécurité nécessaires pour effectuer les travaux requis sur le site du client.
- Veiller à ce que les feuilles de temps des techniciens soient soumises à l'équipe chargée de la paie avec exactitude.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir des devis pour les travaux dans les délais impartis
- Traiter les ordres de travail et la facturation pour les clients
- S'assurer que les clients reçoivent les certifications et les rapports d'équipement dans les délais impartis.
- Examiner quotidiennement les rapports sur les commandes en cours.

**Connaissances et formation requises**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis
- Au moins une année d'expérience dans la vente industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe du service à la clientèle (expérience de la vente au comptoir de préférence)
- Attitude énergique et enthousiaste
- Soucieux d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Scheduling technicians to perform service work
- Booking necessary equipment for technicians and arranging transportation of equipment
- Coordinating service work between technicians and the customer
- Ensuring technicians have all necessary training and security clearances to perform required work at the customer's site
- Ensuring technician time sheets are submitted to payroll team accurately
- Responding to customers requests and providing quotes for work in a timely manner
- Processing service work orders and invoicing for customers
- Ensuring customers receive equipment certifications and reports in a timely manner
- Reviewing open order reports daily

**Required knowledge and training**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 of year experience in industrial sales or related customer service field (counter sales experience preferred)
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
