We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our highly rated team.- Greeting customers, evaluating their needs, documenting services to be performed
- Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
- Creating repair estimates using material cost and labour rates
- Delegating repairs to the appropriate technician
- Schedule appointments
- Create work orders and invoices
- Verify incoming parts match ordered product
- Sell estimated services and repairs based on customer concerns
