Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at CSN Collision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Auto Body Repair: Straighten and repair vehicle components to factory specifications, remove and replace sheet metal, glass, and cosmetic parts, apply filler and sand to match original contours, take photos after repairs, and perform polishing and reassembly tasks.
  • Repair Planning: Review vehicle repairs with the Repair Planner, ensure accurate parts checking and organization, disassemble vehicles and check received parts, and document repairs using CosmosSync app.
  • Parts: Check parts for correctness and report discrepancies, install all ordered parts and utilize 100% of parts, and discard used parts after reassembly.
  • Quality Control: Report any discrepancies or additional damage, audit body work before Prep, and attend training sessions to improve skills.
  • Shop Cleanliness: Keep work area and shop clean as assigned, participate in weekly cleaning program, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain good working order of tools, adhere to safety protocols and company policies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid G driver's license.
  • Experience or training in automotive collision repair.
Preferred Qualifications
  • I-CAR and ASE Certification.
  • Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer certification.
