The Support Services Systems Navigator (SSSN) is to provide culturally sensitive, wholistic support and navigation for children / youth under the age of 18 years and their family / caregivers who are referred to this service, in partnership with Resources for Exceptional Children & Youth, the SSN responsibilities may include participating in the development, monitoring and evaluation of a service plan for the delivery of Coordinated Service Planning (CSP) and / or Urgent Response Services (Ontario Autism Program).

The service of the Support Services System Navigator will be provided with a focus on early intervention to prevent the risk of harm to children and families.
