Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales)

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • You have proven experience in midmarket SaaS sales models and cycles.
  • You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • You have the ability to effortlessly build and maintain relationships with varying levels of executives, key stakeholders, and peers.
  • You are selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • You have proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)..
  • You are on a neverending journey of selfimprovement and personal development, sharing your knowledge with others and taking responsibility for your own development.
  • You enjoy travel you will visit our customers when required to do walkthroughs and understand their business needs.
  • You are an overachiever. Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada or the U.S;
  • Be willing to comply with Solink's own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Business Development:

  • Identify and target key midmarket accounts within retail, hospitality and restaurants, or other relevant markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationshipbuilding.

Sales Execution:

  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Account Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers within enterprise accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional Solink products and services.
