Focusing on hands-on implementation and the impact of various changes to products, processes, and business operations, maintaining a high level of accountability.

Continuous primary and secondary research into existing business lines and distribution channels, benchmarking against best practices, and exploring new business processes and opportunities.

Conducting market research into potential new business segments and lines, involving both theoretical and on-site investigations.
Recommending suitable solutions for business challenges and suggesting value-added features to help clients stay competitive.

Preparing and reviewing project documents such as BRD, FRS/FRD, use cases, user stories, and RTM, and working towards obtaining stakeholder sign-offs.

Creating and executing project plans, sprint plans, resource allocation, and maintaining the product backlog.
Identifying and managing project prerequisites, out-of-scope items, assumptions, risks, change requests, and future project scope.
Ensuring project delivery within the projected timeframes and budget, in line with agreed-upon SLAs and the highest quality standards.
Developing prototypes in collaboration with the UX design team and obtaining stakeholder approvals.
Proficiency in conducting internal and external training sessions, including the creation of training manuals and materials.
Ensuring timely invoicing to clients upon successful completion of project scope.

Evaluating the market, identifying potential enhancements through competitor analysis, and executing these enhancements for clients while exploring new opportunities and approaches.

Facilitating and taking ownership of project initiation, scheduling meetings for project walkthroughs, demonstrations, and providing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
