Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain data marts, create reports, and make them available on the reporting portal to support business decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data marts and reporting services, delivering high-quality reports on organizational data.
  • Training and Guidance: Support employees and leaders with training and guidance on using the self-service reporting portal.
  • Power BI Development: Develop Power BI reports based on organizational requirements.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain the extraction, transformation, and loading of data for optimal performance in delivering business requirements for reporting services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal stakeholders, including Data Engineers, Design, Product, and leadership teams, to assist with data-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Technology or Computer Science with a focus on databases and data analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, Power BI. Knowledge of database fundamentals, software development architecture, and technical aspects.
  • Soft Skills: Analyzing data in Microsoft Access databases, Excel sheets, and summarizing data with pivot tables. Computer literacy with the ability to easily learn new technology and programs. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to provide exceptional customer service.
