Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our business processes and procedures.
  2. Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including procedures, policies, and communications.
  3. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and preparation of business materials for departmental and project teams.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for various applications and systems.
  5. Business Analysis: Conduct assessments and assist in the design, development, and implementation of corporate programs.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and project requirements.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  2. Experience: Five years of related experience in procurement practices and/or supply chain management.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
