We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Produce Department Manager at H-MART Coquitlam Centre Location.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee the produce department's daily operations, including quality control, inventory management, and purchasing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fresh produce.
- Manage and train team members to provide excellent customer service and meet departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store performance.
You have:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Qualification:
- At least 2 years of experience in vegetable quality control, purchasing, and management.
