As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Definity, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process, offer guidance to internal teams, and lead projects to enhance the overall recruiting experience. Your role involves staying updated on industry trends and modern recruitment methods to ensure our team remains top-tier. You will also mentor and support Talent Acquisition Specialists to help them reach their career objectives while fostering a culture of excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Delivery:
- Develop strategic recruiting plans and execute them effectively
- Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring demands by improving recruiting processes and providing guidance
- Manage high-volume hiring in collaboration with various departments
- Create recruitment strategies to maintain candidate pipelines and meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and set priorities
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior or complex positions
- Utilize recruitment data to refine strategies
- Contribute to brand building and event strategies
- Drive key metrics such as speed to hire, candidate experience, and diversity
- Manage agency relationships and optimize spend
Team Management:
- Supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Ensure team performance aligns with client expectations
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance overall capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in corporate recruitment and leadership
- Proficiency in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment teams
- Strong relationship and team management skills
- Ability to drive results through data-driven approaches
- Knowledge of project management and change principles
- Agility to adapt to evolving business needs
