This role will provide exceptional customer service to a specific agent's needs and requests.

The individual we are looking for will be able to successfully time manage in a fast-paced environment while being quick to learn and comfortable with task management while seeking opportunities to bring creative insight.

Data management and input, clientele and project management, marketing and an overall understanding of daily real estate knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Multitasking in a fastpaced environment
  • Organized while managing information/request coming from different sources
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decisionmaking skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently is required
  • Applicants must be able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Create processes and establish routine for new listings organizing and ordering signs, photos, Seller and Buyer packages, updating listings, sourcing taxes, etc.
  • Seek innovative ideas to assist in business growth and client outreach
  • Proofread correspondence, forms, and detailed documents
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Install lockboxes and remove when sold
  • Drop off flyers to Canada Post
  • Data input of client information for Client Care birthdays, CMA prep, deliver closing gifts, client feedback
  • Social Media facebook, instagram, etc.
