Nous recherchons un stagiaire étudiant d'été pour rejoindre notre équipe et aider à la création, l'édition et la maintenance de la documentation utilisateur de nos produits matériels et logiciels d'automatisation. Dans ce rôle, vous aiderez également au développement de matériel de référence d'apprentissage et à la validation du contenu en interviewant les gestionnaires de produits et les experts du domaine. Vous contribuerez également aux communications commerciales, y compris le portail sécurisé de l'automatisation, l'Automation eCommerce Hub et le site SharePoint interne. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité d'acquérir une expérience pratique en rédaction technique et en création de contenu tout en travaillant avec une équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités spécifiques :

  • Aider à la création, l'édition et la maintenance de la documentation utilisateur pour les produits matériels et logiciels d'automatisation.
  • Aider au développement de matériel de référence d'apprentissage pour les produits d'automatisation.
  • Valider le contenu en menant des entretiens avec les gestionnaires de produits et les experts du domaine.
  • Collaborer avec les formateurs et les gestionnaires de produits pour assurer l'exactitude de la documentation utilisateur.
  • Aider au développement des communications commerciales pour les clients et les équipes internes, en maintenant un contenu attrayant qui soutient la marque d'automatisation et l'éducation des clients.

  • Livrer un contenu de haute qualité qui traduit les termes techniques en concepts faciles à comprendre pour les clients.
  • Rassembler proactivement des informations et aider à la rédaction de la documentation pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités en développement.
  • Chercher et fournir des commentaires sincères et opportuns pour améliorer les performances.

Exigences du poste :

  • Actuellement en cours de poursuite d'un diplôme universitaire ou d'un diplôme collégial dans une discipline pertinente, telle que la rédaction technique, la communication ou l'anglais.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français.
  • Capacité à écrire de manière concise et non ambiguë, adaptée au public cible.
  • Capacité à comprendre des solutions logicielles complexes et à les simplifier pour les clients.
  • Grande attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

We are seeking a Summer Student Intern to join our team and assist with creating, editing, and maintaining user documentation for our Automation hardware and software products. In this role, you will also be assist in developing learning reference material and validating content by interviewing Product Managers and subject matter experts. You will also contribute to business communications, including the Automation secure portal, Automation eCommerce Hub, and internal SharePoint site. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in technical writing and content creation while working with a dynamic team.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining user documentation for Automation hardware and software.
  • Assist in developing learning reference material for Automation products.
  • Validate content by conducting interviews with Product Managers and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with trainers and Product Managers to ensure accuracy in user documentation.
  • Assist in developing business communications for customers and internal teams, maintaining engaging content that supports the Automation brand and customer education.

  • Proactively gather information and assist in developing documentation for new features in development.

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, such as Technical Writing, Communication, or English.
  • Strong command of both written and verbal English and French communication.
  • Ability to write in a concise, unambiguous style appropriate for the target audience.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions and simplify them for customers.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Flexibility in a changing environment and ability to work on projects with shifting scope and schedules.
  • Experience with document control and management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Absorb, and SharePoint software applications is an asset.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
