POSITION:

As a Summer Student, you will be considered a
potential future employee within our growing company. We will provide you with training and knowledge so that you can become a success. You will gain valuable exposure to a variety of professional services that offer a challenging career path.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records in an efficient and secure manner;
  • Archive financial records and files according to company policies and legal requirements;
  • Assist in the retrieval of archived financial documents as needed;
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records;
  • Provide support in managing and updating databases of financial documents and records;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in the handling and archiving of financial records;
  • Take charge of
    all tasks delegated to you;

Collaborate with the team to assist with other projects;

  • All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

-
Currently enrolled in a College/CEGEP diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, Archival Studies or any related field;

  • Strong
    organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong
    analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and documents;
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent
    problemsolving skills;
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work
    independently and as
    part of a team;
  • Must be available to work
    fulltime hours (Monday to Friday);
